OVERVIEW:
Numerous docks, ports and harbors sit on the vast water's edge of quaint Alaskan fishing towns tantalizing stories imagined or true. A Harbormaster given a nod and this beautifully balanced smooth and spicy cup of tea could bring storytelling and teatime to a new art form. This tea-like beverage, "Chai" has become known as a flavor of tea with predominantly cinnamon or cardamom notes giving a warming, soothing and restorative effect. Perfect for those that dance with the waves.
The spiced tea mixture can be steeped alone but is typically brewed strong with milk or black tea: Assam and Darjeeling black teas are highly recommended. This mix of spice flavors meld and act as a natural digestive aid and gives one a wonderful sense of well being. As endless as the ocean, as timeless as the tides, good company and a delicious cup of tea will forever warm the soul.
